  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Our turn around is on a per product basis. Most stock sign in books ship 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. Custom Sign In Books ship 1-2 weeks from the date you place your order. You should allow extra time for the shipping method you choose when checking out. For example, if your event is on July 25th, you should place your order on July 7th (using Free FedEx Ground delivery) to accomodate for processing time and shipping time.

  • Today is Monday and I want to order something for my event on Friday. Can you accomodate my order?
    At this time, we do not accept Rush orders. We can certainly try our best to arrange for your item to be processed and shipped as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee order delivery. In the future, we will be offering Rush order options.

  • How big are the sign in books?
    Our Guest Sign In Books are 12" wide by 16" tall. They come with 20 pages of heavy, archival-quality paper stock.

  • What file formats do you accept for photos?
    At this time, we accept JPEG (.jpg) files. We plan to accept other formats in the near future.

  • Can you accept cell phone images?
    We can do our best to accomodate a cell phone picture. Typically, cell phone images are not a high enough resolution but we will try to accomodate the best we can. It is always best to send us a high quality scanned image or high resolution digital camera image.

  • Can I see a proof or a mock up before I place my order?
    While we do our best to help you visualize the product you'd like to order with our examples, we do not offer proofs or mock ups before or after you place your order. We will be offering preview functionality to this site in the near future.

  • Who do you use to ship your products?
    We ship all of our orders via FedEx.

  • I received my product and the colors aren't the same as the online preview. Why?
    Colors tend to vary between your computer monitor and a printed piece. Calibrating your monitor properly is the best way to get a "good idea" of what your product will look like, but it is almost impossible to match screen colors and print colors exactly.

  • I recieved my product and there's an error on it. Now what?
    If we made an error in processing your order, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link above or call us at 888.424.4386. SignInBooks.com does its best to proof each and every order before it is shipped to you. But at the end of the day, we are only human and mistakes happen. We take responsibility for any errors that were made on our part and will replace the product at no cost to you. If there is an error made at the time of ordering and it is not caught by our staff, we cannot replace the order. All orders are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Can I use a picture of a Disney character or movie star on your personalized styles?
    Big Fun Ideas respects trademarks and copyrights. We will not print an order with a trademarked image unless we recieve authorization from the trademark/copyright holder. By uploading your image to this site for use on our products, you remove Big Fun Ideas from any liability involved with using said image. You agree that you are the owner or have recieved permission to use the image from the owner.
